Shipping Policy

Where we ship. We currently ship within the United States only. We do not ship internationally at this time. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders to destinations where the sale or shipment of our products is restricted by law.

Processing time. In-stock orders placed before [2:00 PM ET] on a business day are shipped the same business day. Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends, or on U.S. holidays are processed on the next business day. During high-volume periods, processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.

Carriers & transit time. We ship via [USPS / UPS / FedEx]. Estimated transit time after dispatch is typically 2–5 business days, depending on destination and service selected at checkout. Transit times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Tracking. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

Shipping rates. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, destination, and the service selected. [If you offer free shipping over a threshold, state it here, e.g., "Free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $X."]

Address accuracy. You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address. Reshipment of returned packages may incur additional shipping charges.

Risk of loss. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery of the package to the carrier. For lost or damaged shipments, see our Return & Refund Policy.

Handling & storage. Our products are intended for qualified research environments. Upon receipt, store all products according to recommended laboratory conditions. [If any products require cold-chain shipping, note it here.]

Because our products are research materials whose integrity, sterility, and identity cannot be verified once they leave our control, all sales are generally final. We do, however, stand behind every order in the cases below.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@alphabiorx.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product, packaging, and any damage. After we verify the issue, we will provide a replacement or a refund at our discretion. Do not discard the item until the claim is resolved.

Non-returnable items

For safety and product-integrity reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened, used, or otherwise tampered with, except in the case of a verified defect or error on our part.

Order cancellations

You may request to cancel an order before it ships by emailing us as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be canceled and is subject to this policy.

Lost or non-delivered packages

If tracking shows your package as lost in transit, contact us so we can open a claim with the carrier. Packages marked "delivered" but reported as not received must be reported within 7 days; we will assist with a carrier investigation.

Refused or undeliverable packages

Orders returned to us due to refusal, an incorrect/incomplete address, or failure to claim may be refunded less original and return shipping costs. Reshipment may incur additional charges.

Refund method & timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where the error was ours.
