Quality & COA

Quality, Testing & Certificates of Analysis

Quality is non-negotiable at Alpha Biologix. Every product we ship is documented, traceable, and tested to meet the standards qualified researchers need.

Certificate of Analysis (COA)

A Certificate of Analysis is the standard documentation that verifies a product's identity, purity, and other key specifications. We provide COAs upon request for any product in our catalog. To request a COA:

  1. Place your order or note the product you intend to purchase
  2. Email quality@alphabiologix.com with the product name and (if you have it) the lot/batch number
  3. We'll send the corresponding COA within 1–2 business days

Purity Standards

  • Peptides: ≥98% pure (HPLC-verified) for the standard product line
  • Higher-purity grades available for select compounds (e.g. Follistatin 344 95%) — documented per batch
  • Concentration accuracy: Pre-reconstituted ("Activated") products are filled to label-stated concentrations within standard manufacturing tolerances

Third-Party Testing

For products where independent verification is critical — most notably exosome-based products like our Dynacord line — we obtain independent third-party testing per batch, including:

  • Exosome quantification
  • Identity verification
  • Microbial / sterility screening
  • Virology screening (for biological-source products)

Documentation accompanies every batch and is provided with each order or upon request.

Manufacturing

The vast majority of products are manufactured in U.S. facilities operating under strict quality controls. Source manufacturers are vetted before partnership and audited periodically.

Storage and Handling

Each product page lists the recommended storage conditions (typically refrigeration at 2–8°C, protected from light). Following these conditions is essential to preserve product integrity. Improperly stored products can degrade and lose research utility.

Cold-Chain Shipping

Temperature-sensitive products are shipped with cold packs and insulated packaging. We strongly recommend Express or Overnight shipping for these products, especially during summer months. We are not responsible for product degradation due to slow shipping methods chosen by the buyer.

Batch Traceability

Every product carries a lot number that links to its specific batch documentation. If you ever need to reference a particular batch — for research records, comparative testing, or any other reason — we can pull the documentation for you.
