How do I place an order?
Browse the catalog, add products to your cart, and check out. You'll create an account or check out as guest, enter shipping and billing details, and confirm. You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately.
What payment methods do you accept?
The payment methods available at your checkout are displayed when you reach that step. We work with several payment processors and add new options as they become available.
Do you offer volume or bulk discounts?
Yes. We have automatic volume discount codes available at checkout:

What does "research use only" mean?
All Alpha Biologix products are sold exclusively for in-vitro laboratory research by qualified researchers. They are NOT intended for human or animal consumption, ingestion, injection, or any in-vivo application. They are NOT FDA-approved and we make no therapeutic claims. See our full Research Disclaimer.
What's the difference between Lyophilized and Activated?
Lyophilized products are freeze-dried powders that you reconstitute yourself with bacteriostatic water before use. They have a longer shelf life and offer flexibility in concentration.
Activated products are pre-reconstituted in solution at a fixed concentration, ready to use straight from the vial. They're more convenient and ensure consistent concentration across draws, but require refrigeration from the moment they ship.
What purity do you guarantee?
Our standard peptides are ≥98% pure (HPLC-verified). Higher-purity grades are available for select compounds (e.g. Follistatin 344 95%). See our Quality & COA page for details.
Do you provide Certificates of Analysis (COA)?
Yes — free, on request. Email quality@alphabiologix.com with the product name and (if you have it) the lot/batch number. We send the COA within 1–2 business days.
How should I store my products?
Most products require refrigeration (2–8°C) and should be protected from light. Specific storage requirements are listed on each product page. Following these is critical to preserve product integrity.
What's the shelf life after reconstitution?
It varies by peptide. Most reconstituted peptides remain stable for 4–6 weeks under refrigeration when reconstituted with bacteriostatic water. Always refer to peer-reviewed literature for specific compounds.
What are the research bundles?

How long until my order ships?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
How long does delivery take?
- Standard: 3–5 business days within the U.S.
- Express: 1–2 business days
- Overnight: Next business day if ordered before 12pm EST

Do you ship internationally?
International shipping availability varies by product and destination. Available options are shown at checkout based on your address.
Is the packaging discreet?
Yes. All shipments go in plain, unmarked packaging with no external indication of the contents.
Do you offer cold-chain shipping?
Yes — temperature-sensitive products (e.g. activated peptides, certain vitamins) ship with cold packs and insulated packaging. We strongly recommend Express or Overnight shipping for these products, especially in summer.
What if my package arrives damaged?
Contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photos. We'll send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund. See our Refund Policy.
What if my package is lost or shows delivered but I didn't receive it?
Contact us within 7 days. We'll work with the carrier to investigate and resolve.

How do I track my order?
Use the tracking number sent by email after your order ships. Allow 24 hours for tracking info to appear in the carrier's system.

What's your return policy?

How long do refunds take?
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Bank processing times may vary.

Do I need to be a verified researcher to order?

Are these products legal?
