Shipping Policy
Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only. We do not ship internationally at this time. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders to destinations where the sale or shipment of our products is restricted by law.
Processing time
In-stock orders placed before 2:00 PM ET on a business day are shipped the same business day. Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends, or on U.S. holidays are processed on the next business day. During high-volume periods, processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.
Carriers & transit time
We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Estimated transit time after dispatch is typically 2–5 business days, depending on destination and the service selected at checkout. Transit times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.
Shipping rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, destination, and the service selected.
Address accuracy
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address. Reshipment of returned packages may incur additional shipping charges.
Risk of loss

Handling & storage
Our products are intended for qualified research environments. Upon receipt, store all products according to recommended laboratory conditions.
