Refund Policy

Because our products are temperature-sensitive pharmaceutical-grade materials whose integrity, sterility, and identity cannot be verified once they leave our control, all sales are generally final. We do, however, stand behind every order in the cases below.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@alphabiologix.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product, packaging, and any damage. After we verify the issue, we will provide a replacement or a refund at our discretion. Do not discard the item until the claim is resolved.

Non-returnable items

For safety and product-integrity reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened, used, or otherwise tampered with, except in the case of a verified defect or error on our part.

Order cancellations

You may request to cancel an order before it ships by emailing us as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be canceled and is subject to this policy.

Lost or non-delivered packages

If tracking shows your package as lost in transit, contact us so we can open a claim with the carrier. Packages marked "delivered" but reported as not received must be reported within 7 days; we will assist with a carrier investigation.

Refused or undeliverable packages

Orders returned to us due to refusal, an incorrect/incomplete address, or failure to claim may be refunded less original and return shipping costs. Reshipment may incur additional charges.

Refund method & timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where the error was ours.
