Return Rules

A quick summary of how returns work at Alpha Biologix. For full details, see our Return & Refund Policy.

• All sales are final — our products are research materials and cannot be restocked once they leave our control, except in the cases below.
• Damaged, defective, or wrong item: report within 7 days of delivery (with photos) for a replacement or refund.
• No returns on opened or used vials, except a verified defect or an error on our part.
• Cancellations are only possible before an order ships.
• Lost or not delivered: report within 7 days so we can open a carrier claim.
• Refused or undeliverable packages are refunded less shipping costs.
• Refunds go to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.
